It’s OK

The texture was flimsy and i thought it will break apaet during cooking. However as it cooks in curry, its gets firm. Taste and texture ok but i still prefer the real seafood version

Versatile and Delicious

I like how I can choose to cook this straight out of the packet or mould the patties into something else for an elevated dish. Tastes great either way - I especially like to eat them fried!
