Terms & Conditions

Our Pricing

  • Product prices stated on the Website do not include delivery charges. Deliveries are charged separately as indicated in your checkout cart.
  • We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all prices shown on the website are updated.  We reserve the right to change prices and to add or remove promotional offers from time to time and as necessary.

 

Our Products

  • We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions of Products available on the website are as accurate and current as possible. Images, however, are for illustration purposes and actual products may vary.
  • We strongly recommend Products be kept to suggested storage conditions stated on the packaging, and that consumption best before date be observed accordingly. Kosmic Kart shall not be held liable for Products stored under inappropriate conditions and/or kept beyond suggested shelf life. 
  • In view of hygiene and food safety, all delivered products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ordering and Cancellation

  • Order cut-off timing will be 12 noon for the next available delivery date.
  • Any changes to your orders must be made no less than 48 hours prior to the date of delivery. There will be strictly no refunds for changes made to orders less than 48 hours before delivery.
  • You will be provided with an order number confirmation via an email. Please quote the order number when contacting via Contact Us regarding changes to your order.
  • A refund will take 10 working days of processing time from date of cancellation.
  • In view of hygiene and food safety, all products delivered cannot be returned or exchanged.

Deliveries

  • We engage a third-party vendor to provide the delivery services.
  • Our Products may be subject to stock availability. We will take the necessary steps to inform you should they not be able to fulfil any orders for whatever reason; and recommend alternative Products.
  • Your confirmed order will be processed and delivered to your specified address on your selected delivery date unless otherwise communicated to you via email or contact number provided.
  • A photo will be taken of all orders delivered and received which will be kept as proof of successful delivery for each order. Kosmic Kart shall in no way be liable for any damages thereafter.
  • Our normal deliveries are scheduled between 5pm to 9pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • Orders with frozen products will be delivered in insulated bags. To maintain optimum freshness of your chilled and frozen items, please store them in your freezer as soon as you can.
  • It is required that when delivery is confirmed, someone is present to receive your order at the specified interval. In the event that no one is there to receive it, and with your explicit consent, your order will be left at your door.
  • If delivery attempts are unsuccessful (no one is there to receive it / unable to leave it at your door) or there's a sudden change of address, customers may request a re-attempt. However, a re-delivery fee will apply and be payable before the reattempt is made.
  • We choose our third-party vendors carefully and trust that they will use their best effort for each order to reach you according to the delivery schedule. Kosmic Kart shall not be held liable for failure to deliver on time due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdown, floods, traffic conditions and/ or any other circumstances that extend beyond our control.

Feedback

  • We take all feedback seriously and will endeavor to respond to all feedback within 5 working days of receiving your feedback.
  • Any feedback or claims that our Products fail to meet our quality commitment must be done within 24 hours from the date of delivery to be eligible for any form of redress and investigation. In the rare event that our Products fail to meet our quality commitment, you must allow the Product(s), upon our request, to be collected by us to allow for investigation.   In circumstances where a refund or an exchange is offered, at our discretion, it will be limited to the value of the Product in dispute. Refund or Product exchange will take place within 10 working days upon the investigation closure.     

Accounts & Security

  • Some functions of our Services require registration for an Account by selecting a unique user identification ("Username") and password, and by providing certain personal information.
  • You agree to (a) keep your password confidential and use only your Username and password when logging in, (b) ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session on the Application, (c) immediately notify Kosmic Kart of any unauthorized use of your Account, Username and/or password, and (d) ensure that your Account information is accurate and up to date. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your User ID and Account even if such activities or uses were not committed by you. Kosmic Kart will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your password or your failure to comply with this section.

 

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Kosmic Kart reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
