Ingredients:
• &SO Fantastic Mince
• Soy Sauce
• Chopped Dried Mushrooms
• Spring Onions
• Ginger Mince
• Corn Starch
• Pepper

Steps:
1. Mix &SO All Purpose Mince with prepped ingredients.
2. Shape into meatballs.
3. Freeze for 1 hour.
4. Once frozen, coat with corn flour.
5. Pan fry in a shallow pan with oil till golden brown (75 degrees core temperature).
6. Garnish with coriander and serve.
