Sauce: • Satay Marinade • Chili Paste • Peanut Butter • Crushed Peanuts • Gula Melaka
Steps: 1. Marinate &SO Fantastic Mince with satay marinade. 2. Skewer onto lemongrass and set to freeze. 3. In a pot, add chili paste, lemongrass, water, crushed peanuts and gula melaka. 4. For a creamier taste, add a spoon of peanut butter. 5. In a pan, grill the skewers from frozen state for 5 mins per side. 6. Once golden brown, serve with sauce and a side of cucumbers!
