2. Pickles
• Cucumbers
• Salt
• Sugar
• Vinegar
• Garlic
• Fresh Chilli

3. Chilli Garlic Oil
• Chilli flakes
• Sliced garlic
• Sliced shallots
• MSG
• Salt
• Sugar
• Soy sauce
• Oil
• Sesame Oil
• Coriander

Steps:
1. Prep pickles.
2. Slice cucumbers.
3. Soak in vinegar solution.
4. Fry garlic and shallots till golden brown.
5. Separate and cool.
6. Add oil to chilli flakes and cook at low heat.
7. Add other ingredients and set aside.
