Ingredients:
Quorn Pieces
• Vegan green curry paste
• Coconut milk
• Lime leaf
• Red chilli
• Thai Basil
• Soy sauce
• Vegetable stock
• Eggplant
• Konjac noodles

Steps:
1. Pan fry Quorn Pieces, and set aside once golden brown.
2. Stir fry thai green curry paste, chopped eggplants and vegetable stock.
3. Simmer till sauce thickens.
4. Add lime leaves, chopped chilli, and coconut milk.
5. Once done, add pan-fried Quorn Pieces and thai basil.
6. In a bowl, set konjac noodles.
7. Add cooked Pieces and serve with garnishing.
