Hot & Sour Soup with &SO Truffle Gyoza
          
            If you’re a fan of Hot and Sour Soup (酸辣汤), you’ll definitely want to give this a try 🔥 This is a one-pot-comfort-dish that also happens to be a timeless classic~

Ingredients: 
&SO Fantastic Truffle Gyoza  
Tea Mushroom 
Tofu 
Chilli Oil 
Black Vinegar 
Soy Sauce 
White Pepper 
Corn Starch 
Bamboo Shoots 
Egg (optional) 
Spring Onions (optional) 
 
 Steps:
Boil tea mushrooms for broth; Continue cooking for 20 to 30 mins on low heat. 
Once done, set aside some of the mushrooms. 
Prepare tofu, bamboo shoots, and rest of the ingredients. 
Steam fry Truffle Gyozas and set aside in a bowl.  
Bring stock to a boil and add in tofu and bamboo shoots. 
Add vinegar and seasoning. 
Thicken with corn starch slurry. 
Serve with cooked Truffle Gyozas and tea mushrooms. 
Garnish with chili and coriander.
